Welcome Back to School

The 2017-18 school year officially kicks off Monday, Aug. 21, with the 8:35 a.m. tardy bell.  For more information about first-day procedures, check our daily announcements (link above) or visit our FAQ page.  We hope you have a super year.

2017 Football Tickets

Varsity football season tickets can be picked up by 2016 season ticket holders in the Wildcat Stadium athletic office Aug. 7-18.  Remaining season tickets will be released to the general public Aug. 21-25.  The 2017 PHS schedule has four home varsity games with Homecoming Oct. 20 vs. Princeton.  The season opener is Sept. 1 vs. Terrell.  Download schedule.

 

PISD's Notification System

Paris ISD uses School Messenger to provide timely communications. If you have a child attending PISD, you are automatically in the database and will receive phone notifications. To enhance our ability to accurately deliver information on activities and emergencies, we kindly request that you create your own contact preference profile.

Cat Gut is an all-male spirit organization established in 1972.  Participants must go through an interview process. 

The purpose of Cat Gut is to support the curricular and extracurricular activities of Paris High School by promoting school spirit.  Cat Gut exists to promote good sportsmanship, good citizenship, and wholesome and enthusiastic school spirit.  Cat Gut members should exemplify both individual and group behavior suitable to their positions and in accordance with the rules as stated in the PISD Student Code of Conduct. 

Cat Gut participates in pep rallies, at the varsity football games, homecoming, and many other school activities.  There will be a minimum of eight participants to a maximum of ten depending on the requirements and the needs each year.

Mike Henry serves as sponsor for Cat Gut.
