Six weeks academic progress reports were distributed to students Friday in their second-period classes. The current 9-weeks grading cycle ends on March 9.

Paris ISD students will get a three-day weekend when all campuses have staff development on Friday, Feb. 23.
Paris ISD uses School Messenger to provide timely communications. If you have a child attending PISD, you are automatically in the database and will receive phone notifications. PHS Students of the Month
Paris High School has lots of students who go above and beyond the norm of student expectations to help make the school a better place for learning. Each month, we recognize such students with the designation as Student of the Month. Monthly winners receive a $25 WalMart gift card, and their picture is displayed on the school website and in a trophy case.

Recently, senior Graham Bain earned fourth place while competing in the the Mount Pleasant UIL Current Events competition. Graham's coach is social studies teacher Tracy Roden.
Playoff Basketball. The Paris Wildcats open the Class 4A boys basketball playoffs with a bi-district match vs. the Mabank Panthers Tuesday, Feb. 20, 7:30 p.m., at Greenville High School.
