Financial Aid Meeting
Parents of graduates from the Class of 2018 should plan to attend an informative college financial aid meeting on Monday, Nov. 6, 5:30 p.m., in the library. Representatives from Paris JC will be on hand to offer tips for preparing for post-graduation, and the PHS counselors office will help fill out FAFSA forms for parents who bring their 2016 tax information with them.
The first nine weeks grading period ends Friday, Oct. 20, and academic progress reports will be distributed the following week. These reports determine UIL eligibility (no pass, no play). Tutorials are available each morning, 8:05-8:30 a.m.
Thursday Night School
Students who have excessive absences should plan to attend Thursday Night School to make up those absences. Download dates and further details.

Paris High School officially opened our doors for our new location off South Loop 286 for the 2010-11 school year. Some online mapping services and GPS systems may not reflect our new address (2255 South Collegiate Drive, Paris, TX 75460). The previous location for Paris High was 2400 Jefferson Road, which now serves as Paris Junior High School.
Recent road construction on the extension of South Collegiate from Jefferson Road (near Love Civic Center) to South Loop 286 now provides two additional entrance/exit gates to the campus. The South Collegiate extension is now five lanes (with a turn lane). Other entrance/exit gates are available from Loop 286 (two gates) and one gate from Jefferson Road (FM 1507).
Visitors to the school will find parking available for the following uses/events:
Students should use the main parking lot during school hours. Students who are dropped off/picked up should use the circular drive in front of the school or the driveway by the gym and not the covered circular drive in back (which is reserved for bus traffic only during school hours).
Each month Paris High staff recognizes a student who goes above and beyond the norm of student expectations to help make the school a better place for learning. The September winner is senior Yenifer Farfan. See monthly winners on our Students of the Month page.
