Financial Aid Meeting

dollar signsParents of graduates from the Class of 2018 should plan to attend an informative college financial aid meeting on Monday, Nov. 6, 5:30 p.m., in the library.  Representatives from Paris JC will be on hand to offer tips for preparing for post-graduation, and the PHS counselors office will help fill out FAFSA forms for parents who bring their 2016 tax information with them.

UIL Checkpoint

The first nine weeks grading period ends Friday, Oct. 20, and academic progress reports will be distributed the following week.  These reports determine UIL eligibility (no pass, no play).  Tutorials are available each morning, 8:05-8:30 a.m.

Thursday Night School

Students who have excessive absences should plan to attend Thursday Night School to make up those absences.  Download dates and further details.

PISD's Notification System

Paris ISD uses School Messenger to provide timely communications. If you have a child attending PISD, you are automatically in the database and will receive phone notifications. To enhance our ability to accurately deliver information on activities and emergencies, we kindly request that you create your own contact preference profile.

Computer Lab Schedules

Staff may use the calendars found on the links below to check for availability of the three common computer labs at Paris High.  Teachers should email Crystal Henry  to request dates to reserve a lab.

We presently have three project labs, each with 25+ computers,  located in rooms 2303, 2416, and 1414.  Classes are primarily scheduled in the lab closest to them.  Hover over calendar dates in the right sidebar or select a lab link below to see if the lab is free.  Once you schedule a date, please let Crystal know if there is a change as there may be others who are hoping for a cancellation.

  • Lab 2303 is located upstairs in the central part of the building (primarily used for science, math, or freshman classes)
  • Lab 2416 is on the upper level in the north tower (or English and Foreign Language pod)
  • Lab 1414 is on the lower level in the north tower (or Social Studies pod)
