Paris High School

Students who are failing any course are required to attend tutorials until they have met the passing standards in that class. Paris High distributes academic progress reports to students at regular intervals throughout the school year.

Tutorials are in the mornings from 7:45 – 8:15. Once a student goes to one teacher’s class for tutorials, they must stay in that class until the bell rings to go to 1^st period. Tutorials should be held by the every teacher each day of the week.

Students who need to make up a test may schedule, at the teacher's discretion, a time and date to complete the exam under guidance of a proctor assigned by the main office. This is generally referred to as SLAM. SLAM is offered after school Monday – Thursday.
