I graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in Education. I went on to get a Master’s Degree in Gifted and Talented Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

I started teaching at Paris High School in 2022. Before that, I have worked in North Little Rock Independent School District and Cabot Public Schools in Arkansas and Burleson Independent School District in Burleson Texas. Currently, I am teaching Spanish 1.

My husband and I have been married for 26 years. He is a Minister of Worship here in Paris. We have 3 wonderful children. Two of them graduated from Paris High School and are now students at Ouachita Baptist University. One is studying Accounting and the other is studying Communications. Our oldest daughter teaches at Paris High School and working on her Master of Divinity Degree through New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. We love spending time together, playing games, and attending sporting events.
