What is Althea Garden Club?

Purpose: To develop an interest in horticulture, civic beautification, conservation, flower arranging and social etiquette.

Eligibility: Open to all female students.

Dues: $20 per year due along with application (available in the library). The dues include a club t-shirt.

Major Activities:

• Sponsoring a special events for club members throughout the year
• Providing nominees from active junior club members to become the City of Paris Crape Myrtle Queen and Princesses (Note: The Crape Myrtle Queen subsequently becomes the next year's Althea Garden Club President)
