Proud to be known nationally for its students' academic accomplishments, Paris High School celebrates a long tradition of high academic achievement, strong enrollment in advanced level classes, an outstanding fine arts program, and real-world relevant Career and Technical Education courses. Both the faculty and administration strive to serve the needs of all students by providing a well-balanced academic curriculum, a wide variety of high quality electives, innovative technology integration and application, and numerous extracurricular-based academic opportunities. Individual student needs are analyzed continually so that each student can be successful in a rapidly changing society, thus course offerings vary accordingly.
A wide variety of course offerings designed to meet the needs of students with different learning abilities and interests are available to students at grades 9-12. In addition to regular courses, College Board Advanced Placement and Paris Junior College Dual Credit courses allow students to earn college credits prior to graduation from high school.
