High school students face many daily challenges both inside and outside the classroom.  The faculty and staff of Paris High provide many services to help students navigate those challenges.  In particular, the Counseling Department offers an array of academic and personal counseling assistance to help students make informed decisions about college and careers.

This calendar contains important dates and information related to ACT, SAT, PSAT, ASVAB and other exams.  This calendar will also feature application deadlines for scholarships and grants.  The information needed to apply for scholarships can be accessed by clicking on the calendar event.

Applications for most of the scholarship listings on this page can be picked up in the PHS Counseling Department; however, for some listings, students may be required to apply online.  Check the calendar above for scholarship and grant deadlines.  Click the item to view additional information about the scholarship or grant.

PISD's Notification System

Paris ISD uses School Messenger to provide timely communications. If you have a child attending PISD, you are automatically in the database and will receive phone notifications. To enhance our ability to accurately deliver information on activities and emergencies, we kindly request that you create your own contact preference profile.

Registration Notice

Students registering for school at PHS will need to bring the following:

  1. Parent or legal guardian
  2. Proof of residency
  3. Social Security card
  4. Birth Certificate
  5. Shot record
  6. Withdrawal paper
  7. Last report card or transcript (if previously in high school)
