Engage- Warm Up Exercises and Stretches

Xplore- Students will play each other in a game picked from a sport learned and worked on from Tuesdays.

Communicate- Students will choose teams, positions, and make in game decisions.

Empower- Students will work together and play each team. They will create plays to score and make changes within the team to win.

Launch-   YOU DONT HAVE TO WIN, JUST LEARN AND GET BETTER.
