I graduated from Rivercrest High School in 1985. I attended Paris Jr. College on a Theatre/Speech Scholarship and graduated from there with an AS in Science in 1987. I attended University of North Texas in 1988. I then went to TAMU-Commerce and graduated with a BA in Theatre and a Minor in Speech in 1989. I went back to UNT for Graduate School, but left to move home and help with a family buisness before attending Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and graduating from there in 1993.

This is my first year teaching at Paris High School. Last year, I taught at Clarksville ISD; teaching 6-8th ELAR. I’ve been active in local Theatre since 1993, serving on the Board of Directors for Paris Community Theatre and also designing, acting, and playing music at Paris Jr. College, Paris High School, and North Lamar High School
