Welcome to my website. Currently I am teaching Human Anatomy. I have been in the teaching profession for 55 years and have been at PHS since 1980. I began my career at PISD teaching 4th and 5th grades at Fourth Ward School. After that I taught Socrates for 5 years before coming to PHS.

I was born in Idabel, Oklahoma and attended school there. After graduating high school, I attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University (at the time it was named Southeastern State College) where I earned a B.S. degree in Natural Science. After attending Texas Tech for a summer, I came back to East Texas State University (now A&M Commerce) and graduated with a M.S. in Chemistry/Physics and Elementary Education. What a combo!!!!!!  I have also attended Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma.
