Transcripts

Paris High School will furnish free copies of a student’s Academic Achievement Record (transcript) through graduation. Once a student graduates, additional copies of the transcript will incur a $1 charge for each copy requested.

Requests for transcripts must be made in writing and signed by the former student. Download Transcript Request form. Requests should be mailed to Paris High School or may be obtained at the PHS office during school hours.

Federal and state laws safeguard student records from unauthorized inspection or use and provide parents and eligible students certain rights of privacy. Before disclosing any personally identifiable information from a student’s records, the district must verify the identity of the person, including a parent or the student, requesting the information. Parents may not request records for students who have reached the age of 18 years old.
