2023-2024 school year is my 23rd year to be a teacher.  I was the Paris Junior High Choir Director for 5 years.  This is my first year as the Paris High School Choir Director.  Before being at PJH & PHS I taught elementary music at Justiss Elementary for 13 years.  I have also taught 1st and 3rd grades in the regular classroom.  I have enjoyed teaching all levels and have watched many students grow up from kindergarten to graduation!  I grew up here in Paris and was a student in PISD. I graduated high school from North Lamar.  I attended Paris Junior College for one year before transferring to Abilene Christian University where I earned my Bachelor's degree.  I am married to Michael and we have three daughters.  Our oldest is Kaitlyn who is married to Cody.  Our other two daugthers are Aubrie and Emma.  I love being with my family, reading, and being involved in my church. OH...and music ofcourse!  You may contact me at school anytime at
