Summer Office Hours
The PHS office will be open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. during summer. Limited services will be available so visitors are advised to call ahead (903-737-7400).
Final Report Cards
Final academic reports for students in grades 9-11 have been mailed home. Transcripts for seniors have been mailed to designated colleges. Additional requests for transcripts must be made in writing and signed by the graduate.
The 2018 Graduation/Senior DVD 2-disc set may be picked up in the office during summer hours.
Paris ISD uses School Messenger to provide timely communications. If you have a child attending PISD, you are automatically in the database and will receive phone notifications. To enhance our ability to accurately deliver information on activities and emergencies, we kindly request that you create your own contact preference profile.

Paris High School will furnish free copies of a student’s Academic Achievement Record (transcript) through graduation. Once a student graduates, additional copies of the transcript will incur a $1 charge for each copy requested.
Requests for transcripts must be made in writing and signed by the former student. Download Transcript Request form. Requests should be mailed to Paris High School or may be obtained at the PHS office during school hours.
Federal and state laws safeguard student records from unauthorized inspection or use and provide parents and eligible students certain rights of privacy. Before disclosing any personally identifiable information from a student’s records, the district must verify the identity of the person, including a parent or the student, requesting the information. Parents may not request records for students who have reached the age of 18 years old.

Each month Paris High staff recognizes a student who goes above and beyond the norm of student expectations to help make the school a better place for learning. At the end of the year, the name of one of the monthly winners is drawn to receive a $100 Applebee’s gift card. The 2017-18 winner is Michael Godwin.
